World Autism Awareness Day

Apr 01, 2010 21:56

Today I only have three words because I can't figure out how else to write it.

Yet.

Maybe I never will.

Then again, maybe all I really need are these three because in every way I can think of - they are enough.

For my son

You're actually right on time. World Autism Awareness Day has a few hours left here in the USA - see, you made it! Hopefully, in a few more years (or decades) the light will shine a little more clearly than it does today. Thank you so much for your support, means the world to me! ♥

None of us fully realize our blessings, until we're made to realize other's woes.

"Thoughts and prayers" seems so trite, and yet I find myself in the same boat as you: wordless.

If only wishes had power!!!

Thank you for your wordless words! I hear them and they mean so much. I've had a slow time coming to a place where I could discuss this in public - his younger sister is dragging me out of my shell - so, I appreciate the support, you've no idea. ♥

As mothers we feel the pain of every flaw and shortcoming in our children. That is what unites us.

To not be able to speak of those is to not accept them for who and what they are, and that prevents us from being able to see and enjoy the glory that is in every one of them.

For those who don't understand, we can only educate.

For those who refuse to understand, we can only pity.

Kerri. My dear one. I am blessed to have both my children, and now to have such great friends. Thank you. ♥
