Guilt

Jun 13, 2021 20:09

Getting things done used to help my overall overwhelming feelings of guilt. But even that has suddenly stopped helping. It has to do with my mother's death (6 months ago), covid (we're vaccinated) and I think agoriphobia. I came here to write this down and see if it helps. I feel like this combination of situations is amplifying each.

Good to see a post from you.

Be kind to yourself ... It took years to get over the loss of my mother and father in 2013. It took therapy, anti-depressants and time ...

HUGS!

I'm sorry (again) to hear about your mother. I'd forgotten, and that sums up a lot of the pandemic for me. My brain seems fuzzier.

Yes, you have a lot coming at you, and no thinking/feeling human can have come through this pandemic without some emotional weight to carry. Wishing you the best and time's healing.
