LOL, beef!

Hope you can get lots of rest! Do you get a few days to rest or do you have to go back to work?

I took the rest of the week off - I'm so glad I did, because I'm all kindsa messed up! So much work to do - sometime tells me I'm not going to be doing any of it, though - I read my first 'leisure' book (in a long time) on the plane and now I'm hooked...I kinda just want to go to 1/2 price and buy bunches of random novels and gorge myself on them outside...got any recs?

Yes, BEEF! I've half fulfilled my beef craving - but now I want lo mein with lots of baby bok choi and cabbage. :D And I'm not pregnant, just suffering from Too-Much-Fresh-Seafood syndrome.

Hope you and the baby are doing okay!

Ooooh, reading! I just finished my novel, so I'm finally reading my like 5th or 6th book of the year (keep in mind my yearly average is like 50-100 books per year). I'm reading Catcher in the Rye by JD Salinger right now. My next book I can't remember the title, but it's this weird pirate-ish book that someone from the bookstore recommended. :) Not sure what I'll read after that, though.

LOL, yeah, I can imagine you need something different after so much seafood. :)

Baby and I are doing well! I have an ear infection (I think... I'm pretty sure waking up at midnight screaming in pain from my ear, and then realizing it's draining fluid is a PRETTY GOOD sign of an ear infection) so I have to go to the dr. today and get some antibiotics. I also have to be tested for a UTI, but I think I'll wait until after I finish the antibiotics, otherwise I'd just have to have another test to make sure the anitbiotics killed the infection. Heh.

But baby is doing great. He has no idea mommy has illnesses!
