Question about Tiger Warsaw

Hi! So I was wondering if anyone had seen Tiger Warsaw and had an opinion about it? I've read the amazon reviews but only one mentions Mary and it only says she wasn't in the film enough :( Thinking about purchasing it but you guys are so knowledgeable and very helpful I thought someone might have an opinion! Also does anyone know where you can

Yeah, both are available on YT, and IMO neither are worth buying. Mary is actually in TW quite a bit - she's one of the main characters - but the movie is pretty terrible. The plot is not particularly clear, with murky flashbacks and all sorts of inconsistencies, Mary's character is not particularly likeable (no one in the entire film is particularly likeable, IMO)... the acting is good, and that's about all I can say about it. I feel like it wanted to make some grand statement about the importance of family and forgiveness and blahblahblah but it was so murky and unbelievable and filled with really, really unclear, unexplained flashbacks that it was just 2 hours of, "wtf is going on and why is this happening?..." Plus it's the 80s so every outfit Mary wears is like 3 sizes too big for her and terrible. This is a minor point but it really bothered me, lol.

American Clock was this absolutely massive disappointment for me. I mean, Mary, in a play by Arthur Miller, set in the 20s, with David Strathairn and several other really good

That's exactly what I was looking for...TW is on amazon for couple dollars so I may just order and see just how bad it is...its part of Mary's collection and I like complete collections. Although, this collection may be more difficult to complete. Anyways, just wanted to say thanks!

Drama? Hmmm...ok. But based on your review I'm even more curious about the movie haha! You can get it on amazon for a couple dollars so I may just order to see how bad it is. Afterall, it is a piece of the Mary Collection and I'm a tiny bit ocd about complete collections. So American Clock has never been released on dvd then? I'd like to see Killer Hair too but those dvds are not in the correct Region so I don't know that they'd play on my bluray. Anyways, thanks and since you're an expert if there's something I definitely should not miss please let me know? Thanks!
