So, I sold a video game. The guy did a Buy It Now this past Saturday night. The mail doesn't run on Sunday. I mail it on Monday. This morning, I get an email asking me where his game was, and if he didn't hear from me, he would be forced to file a complaint.

WTF.

That's ludicrous. I don't know what the actual rules are on EBay, but I wouldn't contact a seller unless at least a full week had gone by without any e-mail communication or package arriving. And even then I would send a polite note. Sorry you had to run into a hot-headed buyer.

That's what I do, too! I'm sure his game will get there, today. Hopefully that will be the end of it!

hehe Welcome to half.com or eBay or whatever. My favorite is when they want a full refund because the USPS put a crack in the case.

haha!! Naw, it'll probably be okay. Most everyone is assuaged by a couple dollars off in the worst scenarios.
