So, about two weeks ago-ish, I drew this bit of fan art to go with a celebrity rp I'm in. Pictured is Nils and Davey Havok. Nils is this model friend of Davey's that he likes to drag to events and just generally spend time with one another. He has a myspace account with lots of pictures of himself hanging out with the AFI crew and whatnot.
So the other day, I make myself a myspace account so I can look at said pictures. After browsing them I think to myself "hey, I could totally send him a link to my artwork of him."
This thought sits in my head for about a day until finally I find myself some temporary balls and send him this really awkward e-mail. Honestly, I figured he wouldn't bother even reading it. But what do I get just ten minutes later?

DED. The person I drew FANART of saw my artwork. AND RESPONDED TO ME. I couldn't eat breakfast anymore. (/random Dr. Tran reference)
But THEN something else occurs to me. The link I'd sent him wasn't to my photobucket account, it was to the full view of my deviant art account. Now normally you get a smaller version of the art on deviant account and then have to click to zoom in, so beneath the artwork there's a listing of how many normal and how many full-size views you get during the day. But since I gave Nils a link straight to the full-size, I had 0 normal views and 1 full view the night I sent it to him.
The next day, I check that picture again. The views and full views for the day were reset back to 0 and started again. By 11 am yesterday, I had 0 normal views and 10 full views. Ten people went to that page via my link. Which means that Nils showed the artwork to 10 people.
AND WHO DO YOU THINK HE'D SHOW FANART OF HE AND DAVEY HAVOK TO? OH, I DON'T KNOW, MAYBE HIS GOOD FRIEND DAVEY FUCKING HAVOK!!!!

So yeah, aside from exploding as a result of knowing that my fanart was seen by the people I'd drawn, I did finish my final essay and took my final and had my teacher tell me to just send the extra credit essay to him whenever I could. So today the only weight on my shoulders is that I need to clean out the rest of the shit in my dorm and the whole huge-ass fight I had with my Mom.
I say huge-ass because I actually yelled back at her. Long story short, she accused me of stealing some of her money when all I've done was pay my bill lately and if she'd supposedly given me the loan to cover the bill then why would it have pulled extra money from what she was storing in my account, right? I'm grateful for her loan and all, but I didn't touch my bank account between the time the money was supposedly added and when I paid my bill.
She also chose to accuse me of stealing while I was panicking over my final essays. I had to write 4 out of 6 pages of my final the following morning because I was too upset/worried to concentrate.
Ah well...
