I HAVE A LIP RING!And I wasn't even as big a baby as I was with my tattoo. And seriously, it wasn't bad at all. I was freaked a bit at knowing there was a big honking needle through my lip, but pain-wise it was really just like a pinch. A tetanus shot hurts more ( Read more... )

Hee, thanks! I gloated for hours afterward. I'd be all "hey T!" and she'd be all "yeah what?" and I'd be all "I HAVE A RING THROUGH MY LIP AND I DIDN'T SHIT MYSELF OVER IT."

I was nervous before hand and she told me that since I hadn't paid yet I could always just leave, but told her no fucking way. I wasn't about to let being scared keep me from getting what I wanted. And now I'm rambling, sorries.
