"Just 100,000 people more than Oklahoma City." Which I will now only be able to sing in my head as I read it.
(That's been a big counterpoint for me when talk turns to her executive experience. Tom Barrett, the mayor or Milwaukee, governs close to as many people as Sarah Palin (Milwaukee -- 602,782; Alaska -- 670053. And I'm certain he's faced far tougher choices in crime and poverty-ridden Milwaukee than she has in Alaska.)
That song is great! What a cute couple. I especially like all the faces made by the guy. Who's wearing a Snoopy T-shirt. Extra points for that.
Also I am very glad that I have an alternative country (or you know most of europe) to fall back on should she become the veep. *pets swedish passport*
Truly, I've never heard so much talk of leaving the country. Mostly in jest, mostly impractical as hell, but I think it means something.
Sweden's my number 2. :-)
It's funny...everyone's so focused on the economy (for good reason) but I don't look to the president to fix that. I think Obama is our shot at getting right with the world. I think if we miss this chance, (more) bad things will happen.

Oh, I dunno. Can you imagine how many children's books there are in the entire state of Alaska? That's a lot of reading.
I'll bet you can't find a copy of "Gay and Ok." *pets teenaged Alaskans* ;-)
Thanks for dropping in, hon. :-)
