Hmmm...

Well, I come into work today still pondering how I'm going to say that I'm quitting next week and to my amazement it turns out that my boss already fired me. Although my sister (who works at the same place) said that I had 2 shifts this week. Weird, isn't it? That place is so messed up, they didn't even bother to call me and tell me that I'm fired ( Read more... )

He already fired you and didn't tell you? How bloody rude is that? I mean, okay, you wanted to quit, but it's still just bloody rude to not even tell you that he fired you, argh! Hope you'll get over it soon, your boss seemed to be an arse anyway *offers hugs though*

Heh! I'll come with you to Anfield ;) Nah seriously, I've always wanted to go and see a match there, but it's even more difficult for me. And I don't really fancy going alone either.. Eh.
Anyway.. yeah, train tickets are so expensive in England (and I thought they were expensive here!).. wouldn't it be cheaper to go by bus? It probably takes ages though.

England seems like such a small country, but going from the south to the north takes ages! I second that! Last year when I was over there, I had my car with me and on one day we went from Edinburgh to Wales and it took us almost all day *facepalm*

Yeah, I thought it was rude as well. I mean, it wouldn't kill him to be more considerate of people who work for him, would it? :/ Yay, hug! *hugs back* :D

Sure, come here and we'll got to the match! xD
I just think I'll get lost there on my own, without anyone I know closer than a 100-200 or so miles :/ I've heard about the buses that take the fans directly to the stadium every week, but I always thought it's a thing for smaller towns that don't have a huge rail station and such. Don't know if they do that kind of thing in London. I'd imagine it would be very hard to get on one of those from here, as it'll be very popular.
Ouch! A whole day in the car? :X Must have been horrible.

No, it really wouldn't kill him. I don't understand why some people just don't seem to care about their employees at all. Maybe they should have chosen a different job then! Heh! Yay for hugs :)

Heh! I bet it'd be loads of fun :D We shall keep it in mind, eh ;) I'll be in London in September though..
I actually found out yesterday that you can book trips to Premiership games from Germany O.o You go by bus and all. It's all way too expensive though. And I rather plan trips like that on my own anyway.
Ai, it was horrible. There was lots of traffic around Manchester and Liverpool that's why it took us ages *sigh*

So true! Some people have their heads stuck up so high up their own arses, they don't seem to think about anyone, but themselves xD I don't know how my sis can work there, it's such an unfriendly place :/ That's why I wanted to quit so soon...

Yeah, we should ;D I'm definitely gonna try to get tickets to some London-based away games this season (I feel I'm going to spend all my money on football, but that's ok xD).
Wow, that's one long trip! Probably takes a couple of days to get there from Germany by a bus, right?
Ah, traffic! xD I know what you mean!
