Helping my sister with her homework

My sister is doing a project for school, and she is supposed to find out what makes dozens of people happy. The problem is, she can't ask people who have been asked by other students, and there just aren't enough people to ask!
So, I'm asking you guys to help (and to satisfy my own curiosity)- What makes you happy?

There are different kinds of happiness. Sometimes it's a matter of "stopping to smell the roses," whether literally or metaphorically. Sometimes it's fulfilling an obligation. Sometimes it's a moment of self-understanding. All of those make me "happy." So does buying fabric, and having new clothes.
