Me: Charlie, when I say I want privacy in the shower, I mean it. Your curiosity is not as important as another person wanting privacy.
Charlie: No.
Me: Yeah! It's called bodily autonomy.
Charlie: No it's not.
Me: Then what's it called?

The best strategy for the last story I've found I credit to the twins' preschool: they apparently calmly say "those are bathroom words. If you want to use them, go into the bathroom." This is harder, of course, during a car trip.
