Secret Pal LJ 5 - Package #2
I don't know if it was sitting in my building manager's suite for the longest time or that it really just did arrive yesterday, but I guess it doesn't matter now that I actually have it in my hands!!!!!!!
My Secret Pal mailed off a package on March 21st and I was really surprised I had not seen it yet... But when I got home yesterday, I found these cute little bears waiting for me.
If you look closely, there's a post mark from Vancouver (probably where it arrived at the border for inspection) dated on April 1st. I really shouldn't take 1 week for a package to get over the Strait, but Jon said our building manager just delivered it to us today (sometimes she holds our mail for us so we don't have to get a postal notice and pick it up at that really far away post office...)
Inside was a big pack of yarn! Turquoise Debbie Bliss Cotton Cashmere (my secret pal was thinking a tank top perhaps?) and really really soft sock yarn (sylascione, you would love to know it's wool from Uruguay!!!) :D
My Secret Pal also noted that there will be a belated birthday present in the mail too! Yay!!!!!! You're so thoughtful! I can't wait - hopefully it won't take over 2 weeks to get here like the last package! But it's OK, I can be patient too. ;)
