Yes, that bog is right down the road from my house. Cranberry harvest comes once a year (late Sept, or early Oct). The bogs are flooded, and the ruby-red cranberries float on top, then are collected. It's the most beautiful sight! Thanks for commenting, and who knows, maybe you'll be having some Cape Cod cranberries on your table on Thursday! Have a happy!

Mary, I love your cranberry photos! Love the cranberry and squash season. Love idling at the computer when I should be in the kitchen.
