Well it depends... are we talking about a group of noodles that you are taking a bite of.. Cause then you wouls say "these are good" but if you are holding the bowl up with the group of noddles you and referring to the whole thing then you would say "this is good"
I don't even want to know why in the hell I just replied to that but oh well...
