Over the last year or so, I've allowed myself to become a really reclusive type hermit. Not doing anything except read books and doing whatever errands I can't get out of. On the move
I'm leaving Seattle today for California where I'll stay until the 1st week of December. Sigh. This spending time in CA has been great physically, but emotionally not so much. Where I'm going to be
Summer appears to have finally arrived on the West Coast. Given how much time I've spent away, I'm going back to Seattle on Sunday and staying there for most of the rest of the summer. This wasn't my original plan; but I'm tired of missing my husband and cats and house. See everyone in Reno. -
A Triumphant Return!
Well, a return anyway! I spent the last week in Manhattan with my niece. We ate lots of good food and saw 3 plays. Sunday morning we had dim sum with a bunch of my friends which seems to have been an unqualified success. that was interesting. As suggested in comments to the immediately prior entry, I changed a setting which is supposed to post a placeholder in place of really large pictures which break my friends list. You can click on the placeholder to see the pciture. It seemed to work fine for most things, but some pictures still were there breaking the friends ( Read more... )
