Help Request to furs living in MD or WV

An 86-mile one-way trip to work, a car that is approaching 300k miles, and gas prices are again rising. This adds up to me actively looking for a house to stay over in. If you live in or adjacent to any of the following, and you have a spare corner large enough for a sleeping bag one night a week, I'd be grateful
