okay so for christmas i got a new laptop, because mine died like a week before exams. so i ordered it and everything, and it said an estimated delivery date was 1/3-1/5. so with that information, i had it sent to new orleans, because i would still be here, im not going back to GA till the 7th. well after the order was placed and confirmed and ( Read more... )

We all knew DELL was stupid! So, I forgot to ask, why a DELL and not a MAC?

cus i didnt think a mac was good for our network.. i dunno... but they called me and now it is going to be in NO on friday... so i guess its being sent to GA and then back.. over night each time.. who knows... but they said gauruntee on friday.. so who knows... i can hope huh

Dell is stupid. period. They have nice computers, but none of the people speak AMERICAN (they dont have to speak english, they just need to speak a freekin language i can at least understand!!!) And in my opinion they are all to eager to give you the run-a-round when it comes to troubleshooting.
