I have decided to embark on an epic experiment.  Other the last few days I have been seriously thinking about my diet.  And frankly about how I keep saying I am eating better but really I don't think I am.  Therefore I am going to see what happens when I follow the suggested servings on the packages of the food I eat.  I plan to document this ( Read more... )

So are you allowed to eat food that doesn't have a serving size written on them? ie, fruit, vegetables, fancy pants bread.

In the UK the nutrition facts are all by 100g portions, I think it would be more entertaining to eat only 100g of all stuff.

I have a list of the general caloric and nutritional values of most fruits, veggies, proteins (stuff that doesn't come in packages) from working with the ADA Camps. So I can estimate those. But fancy pants bread is harder, I'm going to have to stick to the stuff that comes in a plastic bag for the next week.

I agree on the 100g idea. Wonder how that would be?
