Fuck, my arm muscles are so hot. I've barely been working out, and already I've got bulging biceps. I should take a picture. :P Well, it's not that impressive to look at, but it's harder than before, definitely. God, I don't want to give this up.

I know the T does more for you then just build muscles, but you can keep that aspect of it even without the shots. It'll take a lot of work, but female biology can support muscles too, just ask my 'sis. Your folks were talking about you taking some martial arts classes? While the 'fitness/martial art' classes may seem little wussy, check them out. One of the best ones I ever went to was half conditioning, half Mixed-martial arts. I mean, you probably don't want to jazzercise or do billy-blanks tae-bo (they are much more focused on conditioning) but even a dojo where warm up stretching includes push ups and sit ups is a good thing.

(And as I always bug you, you can work out on your own time, without going to a gym, it's just as good for you)

And for all the internet folk out there I will atest, he has some skinny little pipes! They won't show up on film, but if you squeeze 'em, you can tell.

Yeah...well, mainly I want to have muscles to show off, and on most women they're not that visible, even if they get to be pretty strong. Guess it beats nothing.

I suppose some kind of class might be good, especially if it was mixed. I've had experiences with women-oriented self defence and martial arts classes, and can't stomach the "girl power!" tone to it.

*giggles* And by 'mixed' I mean training multiple styles of martial art... not multiple genders :P

In the last five years there have been alot of MMA gyms open in canada, and they generally have competition as their primary focus. Which makes it more serious and preformance oriented... not that they don't have beginer classes, but the tone carries over.
