That was part of his conclusion at the end of the essay...it was long-winded so I didn't bother posting all his arguments, but basically, he said that women acted on instinct and were incapable of logic, and lacked a moral compass, so did not have souls, blah blah blah. It's not clear where he got the "personality" part from. Even animals have personalities.
According to the blurb, the guys' book actually became quite popular, though apparently he later killed himself. Methinks he had some deep emotional issues (in case you couldn't tell!)
some non-human animals have more personality than some people i know :P

yeah really eh? someone who devotes so much time into something that basically boils down to "one out of every two people is evil" has some serious problems.

Aaahahaha.... nice. Cuz, you know, I know lots and lots of compassionate men who really want to help people. Totally. Never met a compassionate woman, not a one. *stab* It's also awesome that his logic basically goes "if nothing can be done to actually help the person get better, the guy might as well not be around, let the woman be there instead"... and... um, what? OH, THAT'S RIGHT! Make dying, incapacitated, and miserable people feel like there's someone still supporting them, like someone still cares and wants to make them feel well, even if there's nothing that can be done to prevent their passing.
If you want to further ward off nighttime munchies, barricade your door or something so you have to really work to get to the fridge. Then put up a sign on it that says NO FOOD FOR YOU! so you remember why you made it such a pain to get there.
...not that that'd stop me, but hey, it's an idea. ;)

wtf? someone's smoking crack. kinda makes you wonder what people will be saying about stuff that's written today in a hundred years.

*grins* I like the sign idea. Though it might make me cry, and then I'd feel even more like some edible comfort. Hmmm.
