technically a spring but not really...

it's good to be home - my back is especially grateful, because it didn't appreciate all these not really comfortable beds I was made to sleep in. my ears enjoy the silence - one night they were forced to endure four people snoring simultaneously in the same fudging room and it was like torture. so, though I have to admit that the time spent with my ( Read more... )

Yeah, I've learned that time with extended family is best in small doses. Oh, the snoring. I really don't like sleeping in the same room with my dad anymore, like when we go on trips and are all in the same hotel room, because he's become an awful snorer (plus he leaves the TV on pretty much all night now, and I cannot sleep like that). But hey, we have something kind of in common about our grandmothers. Remember when I told you that mine could "sense" when something bad was happening to someone in her family? ;)

Oh, no, don't catch it! You only think you'd be able to rest and relax at home. When I caught it and was so sick in February, it was absolutely unbearable. Even sleeping was uncomfortable. I just wish if people were getting sick they'd stay away. Anytime something goes around, it seems to always find its way to our house because my mom's a teacher, and you know schools are a hotbed for germs. Stay well ( ... )

'I really don't like sleeping in the same room with my dad anymore, like when we go on trips and are all in the same hotel room, because he's become an awful snorer'oh yeah, I know what you mean. none of the four this Easter was my dad (he slept in another room, thank God), but he can snore with the best of them :/. it's always been like that... I remember one vacation in Spain - his snoring prevented me from sleeping and I was exhausted all the time. my mom got used to it, but I just couldn't. apparently other members of my family aren't that much better, heh ( ... )

so, I think that we should plan your visit for spring (fall can be quite rainy) ;), what do you say? :P

Hee. Sounds like a splendid idea. ;)

Wow, a white Easter. We had sow in Spain on Easter, too, but it didn't stuck on the ground, not where I live. I want Spring to come now, I hate this 'it's Spring but it doesn't feel like Spring' phase that seems to last for too long.

Four people snoring at the same time? *gasp* I can't even deal with one, I wouldn't be able to sleep at all!

When everybody around me is ill at work I always freak out, I can't stop thinking that maybe I'm the next, so I understand perfectly the way you feel. *passing you some vitamines*

WORD! enough of this crap already! more sun, less snow, right now! *chants*

'I can't even deal with one, I wouldn't be able to sleep at all!'been there done that. my dad is an awful snorer and at least one of my vacation was ruined because of it... we were in Spain then *heh* and the most sleep I got was on overcrowded beach, where I just dropped off from exhaustion. no sleep at night and my dad was one of the main reasons for that (well, there was also a disco nearby AND a horny couple next door, lol). but this Easter (especially the night from Saturday to Sunday) was worse. I have my methods - I usually listen to music on my earphones till I sense I'm close to falling asleep and it makes it possible for me to fall asleep despite people snoring. but this time it didn't work... I had my earphones on for over two hours and when I took them off the snoring overwhelmed me - my head actually started hurting ( ... )

Can you believe I was thinking of you last night? I haven't had time for LJ in a while and it's kinda crappy that you're not into LOST anymore and I can't get a hold of you anywhere else and I was wondering where you were... Insane, I know.

So please stay healthy. :-* I had a tropical Easter with palm trees in the Spanish garden of the 18th c. mission church. It's so pretty...

Poor pansies indeed.

I hope you and your back are OK. :-*

I miss times when I was so into Lost that I could discuss it for hours at a time... I still see the epis (though I admit that the last one sits on my hard drive unwatched... I just can't muster enough enthusiasm for it), but I would've dropped it entirely if not for Jack, who still makes me 'weak in the loins' without any effort whatsoever *sighs*. but it's true - I don't visit Fuse or other Lost related sites anymore and rarely feel any need to share my thoughts about Lost with anyone :(. but I'm still here and I still adore my fellow Foxhussies :). it's just 'lurking in the shadows' phase, I guess. I hope we'll be able to talk more when both of us have more time on our hands, because I missed you, Clauds *hugs*

*sighs with envy* actually tropical Easter with palm trees is as unEastery as a snowy one for me, but it sounds heavenly :)

Your grandma was a fortune teller? O.o Man I always wanted to have someone like that in my family... It's great that you had a nice time with your family, besides the snoring etc ;)

I really hope you don't get sick... it's no fun, and when you feel like crap you don't really have much time to do the things you like anyway :/

Is the winter gone now? At least in Leipzig it's very spring-y now, so I've heard at least. And I think the pansies will survive... most spring flowers know how to survive a few days of snow and frost :)

*hugs*

it's extremely hard to comprehend for me - she's a very religious woman and I would have never imagined her having such a past, lol.

I think I won't get sick, woohoo! I've been taking care of myself the last few days and I hope the danger is behind me :). the epidemy seems to be at its end too and people are trickling back into work :)

yup, Warszawa is quite sping-y now :D. it's almost unbelievable, that not a week ago there was snow and frost around O.o I hope you're right about the pansies - from what I've seen at least part of them survived but some looked quite dead :(.

I missed you, hon... sorry that I can't be around much these days :/. I promise I will reply to your email, as soon as I have some more free time.

I miss you too *huggles* We were out of town for a few days and it was nice :)

No hurry with the email, you know that :) Just write when you have time and you're in the mood :) I hope work will be less stressful soon *crosses fingers*

You'll need some time to catch up at my lj when you're back ;p

Have a nice Monday hon ♥
