Went over to USC last night pre-concert to audition for a scene from "Me and You and Everyone We Know".  It's for a directing class, and if I'm cast I'll go into the class one evening next week and have people direct me and my scene partner, and then film the scene on a weekend.  Cool, huh ( Read more... )

Finished the first draft of my pilot script.  Had a friend take a look (I need to send it to you too, James, if you don't mind checking it out) and got some very helpful notes.  Back to work for me!  But I'm very happy to have registered it with WGA - I feel a little... safer(?) about it now.

At first light this morning I looked out the kitchen window to discover that both the donkey and the horse had taken it upon themselves to exit the corral and visit the front yard.  She was grazing quite placidly next to the cement slab that passes for my patio, and he was standing in the middle of the yard, looking around.  That's all he ever does ( Read more... )
