And of course he knows that so of course that's why he does it. Look at my alcoholic aunt and uncle. If their monsters (kids) scream enough they'll let them do whatever they want. A five hour plane trip with them was torture, but their drunk parents, didn't do anything about them. The flight attendants were furious with the monsters. But the parents didn't try to control them.
