[Summary] Hana wa Saku ka ch 12

Well, after a month long gap i'm back with another Hana wa Saku ka summary. With this, volume 2 will finally wind up!

Btw there's some numbering issue with the Japanese and Chinese versions. The Japanese tankoubon calls this chapter '12' whereas the Chinese one chapter '13'. As a rule i follow the Japanese version, so 12 it is.
