hajime tounomine neutral
You could say Kida dislikes Hajime, but it's more of a tsundere attitude, and they have the capability of acting as friends, so I chose neutral (I like to think of it as the way Kanda acts towards Lavi--in canon). He finds Hajime's obsession with makeup both scary and useful.
Secretly, they have some angry gaylove going on.
shizuo heiwajima somewhat friendly
Kida's gang (apparently) shot Shizuo when he arrived in Vatheon, and so their initial meeting didn't go so well. So, while he tries to keep that secret (to avoid from being murdered), he is slightly fond of Shizuo and although he is happy at the prospect of Shizuo being the one to kill Izaya, he hopes he doesn't end up in jail...
snowman friendly
Although the first impression wasn't the greatest, Kida does like her. He thinks her name is unfitting, but he's just gonna have to live with that.
And she reminds him of the Black Motorbike (who, he's learned, is named Celty); even though Snowman =/= Celty, the connection means a little something to him...

They haven't interacted a whole lot, but Kida likes her--she's extremely nice and he doesn't get why anyone wouldn't like her. He saw her in a fragile state and they ~had a moment (WHICH HE REALLY ENJOYED).
Kida should talk to her more. \o/
