I had a great time yesterday in San Diego. I went down Wednesday night as I was celebrating a friend's birthday near LAX, and we had a very early arrival time for the parade in San Diego on Thursday morning. I watched the video - and saw you! :D

Parade announcers are pretty much there to generate commentary, not to actually dispense thoughtful information. (Otherwise PBS would be televising parades)

Thanx on all counts. And yeah, even if it was written down, someone had no clue as to the names of the Star Wars characters.

And yeah, I couldn't believe my good fortune with the Star Wars helmet.
