I loved this and thought I'd pass it along. This is SO how I see the South. With the additions made at the beginning...pig pickin' and oyster roasts and sweetgrass baskets (which I LOVE) and crabbin'...and the smell of pluff mud is so great in my mind. Everytime I go to Charleston, the minute I smell the pluff mud, I'm in heaven!!!
