I realized today that I failed to write up my Helsinki City Marathon participation. In brief - started off well but suffered the runs at 30km which caused a significant time penalty.... as a result my time was not terribly good instead of the PB I was hoping for. I finished with a gross time of 3:25:02 and a net time of 3:24:42 i.e. about 15
