How is it humanly possible that you have never been to Hugo's? All the time you stayed at my house and we didn't go there? I have failed you. :\

Garlic noodles. Yum!

That's good to hear. A lot of places in LA don't.

I just went to La Casita Mexicana the other night. SERIOUSLY the best Mexican food I have ever had in my life! I was going to order tacos but my friend was like, No! So I let him order these things I never would've ordered myself and it was amazing!

Are you out here? Or do they have this restaurant other places?

I saw it yesterday on Best Thing I Ever Ate. Giada chose that place for their churros with caramel in the middle. It looked so good!

I was out there last week. We had the churros with chocolate sauce. They were pretty good, but I think I would've preferred the caramel. The chefs were also on Throwdown with Bobby Flay and they won!! They made a chili relleno with ground beef, a white pecan sauce and pomengranite seeds. That was the best thing I've ever tasted.

Langer's is good. You have to get the #19! But the only thing that sucks is that it closes early, since it's across the street from MacArthur Park. But I think the pastrami at The Oinkster is better, and the fries are to die for!

I want to go back to Little Dom's and try the meatloaf. The breakfast pizza was really messy. That pizza was like the ones at Eatalian.

One of these days I'm going to go into Akasha. Every time I'm down there, I pass it and go... eh, next time! lol

Oh, and the one time I went to Umami Burger, the sweet potato fries were all sold out! So I need to go back for those. But my burger was a bit soggy :(

That's one thing I love about living in LA - so many restaurant choices!

YES. It seems the only place that might be better is New York. At least there, everything's open later.

Have you guys made it to Wood Spoon yet? Sooooo ridiculously good. I love their sampler things. They have these fried ball things with potato, (tuna?), and one with cheese, I think. I can't remember for the life of me what they are but they're amazing. And the turkey pot pie's amazing.
