bummed to hear heidis has closed. do you have any info as to why?

I understood that their landlord is kicking them out and that they are opening a sport's bar in their location.

I don't really know how well that answers the "Why?" since it still makes zero sense given that Duffy's is a perfectly good sports bar in walking distance of Heidi's :(
