I liked it. Funny in a wierd way. But i didn't like how he stole from his mom. That's not right.

I agree. Miles [Paul Giamatti] did some really deplorable things, but his sad, pathetic weaknesses were enough to make me feel for him. And relate. Which is why his comment, "And, and only the most patient and nurturing of growers can do it, really. Only somebody who really takes the time to understand Pinot's potential can then coax it into its fullest expression. Then, I mean, oh its flavors, they're just the most haunting and brilliant and thrilling and subtle and... ancient on the planet.", made me relate to him. Sadly. I love the movie.

I was reading through your previous entries, (I suppose I'm an LJ observer) and I thought you'd be a good candidate for my question. I realize that I don't know you, I have no idea what you look like, what your name is, only that your icon LOOKS like who I think it is, but I'm not sure. I'm confiding in you only because I read about God in some entries, so I'm assuming that you believe in him. My question really has nothing to do with God or Christianity, but merely love.

Have you ever loved someone so much that it hurt to be around them? Have you ever loved them more becuase you knew you couldn't be with them? Has someone close to you hindered that love...or made it stronger?

I realize there are 3 questions there, but I can't talk about this with my friends or family. I'd rather have the answers from a stranger. Fair warning: I won't reveal anything more about me. I won't comment again, nor do I entirely expect a comment from you. I suppose this whole comment was pointless anyway. Goodbye. :)
