Awww~ Glad to inspire something that touching! And points for the use of Detective!Gant, it's neat to see Gant play a role in a fic without taking it over.

Thank you for the compliment. Your stories have inspired me quite a lot, actually. I think I might not have started writing fanfiction again if it weren't for you and Croik. You could say I owe you a lot, or perhaps you owe me my free time back. (laughs)

I don't know why Gant keeps entering my fics without permission, but I guess he IS Gant... Such things are his prerogative.

That's what I love about fandom, how ideas can just kinda bounce around and grow and inspire everyone. <3
