If you like psychological thriller, then yes. If you are squeamish, then probably not. They rarely show the violence, but your imagination is given a lot to work with.

I never actually saw the movie, just read the plot summary on wiki. It'd be too violent for me.

I've never seen it. Maybe I should. Is it about horror or just plain violence? Cuz Violence I'm OK with, but Horror is too... horrifying..... ;_;

Its...not really, either, but kind of both. It lets your imagination do most of the work.
