I cannot say I approve of Tatsumi-san's ways, but he is still a citizen of mine. Ah, that is not to say I agree with him...

As a member of the Watch, though, I would prefer to avoid conflict if we can.

And since I have not heard of any other accidents, I can only assume the others do not wish for conflict.

...But if there is suspicious activity, we will act on it, of course. So if Turkey-san notices anything, rather than attacking, he should let myself or Kresnik-taichou know.
