It's actually harrassment. You could have smiled at him, turned around, and walked out of the room. You would have then, of course, went to get your manager, and you would have stayed out of sight until the left. And then he would have had to work his hiney off to get back in there again. That is NOT the kind of business that the Resort wants. Blech.
