The clone!Shepard joined Shepard's crew after commander saved her. However the clone is still feeling superior to her older genetic twin and when she discovers commander's submissive erotic dispositions, she sexually dominates her.
The relationship is fully consensual, especially on Shepard's part. Although now the clone might have a new sinister plan to spring on her unsuspecting commander :)

A nickle worth of free advice, Shepard: Don't play trust games with fucking psychopaths. I really hope she has something planned or else she's too dumb to live.

Well she handled Morinth just fine. I guess all those Charm-induced heel face turns let her get cocky. Plus Clone!Shep looks more like a sociopath - and you never know that sociopaths are sociopaths until you're on the receiving end.

A!A.
Thank you for all the comments! :)
Yeah, what Shepard did here is principally similar to when she went and willingly melded with Morinth (so we know that she can be canonically too dumb to live when she wants too :D ).

Yes, but in the case of Morinth, she had back-up who was supposed to show up before the meld.
Also, detecting sociopaths may be hard in theory, but if they've given you a clue like, oh, I don't know, trying to kill you and steal your life, you gotta take the hint.

A!A. I am referring to their meld aboard the Normandy after you recruited her.
I think I may have made a mistake by letting it hang at this point since it is starting to give people wrong ideas. If you carefully read the second half of the very last scene, there is one detail that should give you clear hint of what is happening :) (don't spoil it for others though)
Also sorry for the delay. But just today I learned that "people like me" are causing other A!As to leave this site and frankly I feel utterly depressed to do anything kink related today :( Sorry :(

That's not true. Someone is butthurt over the fact that slave!kink-ers have a nice network-effect thing going while the rest of the kmeme is drying up. Instead of writing fills and boosting their own network-effect or waiting until anticipation from ME4 drives people back here, they're bitching about it.
The best thing you can do to piss them off is write more slave!kink fills!

Oh, yeah. That makes sense, although, to be fair, any Shep who does that is also too dumb to live. (Literally, since they die) I love that bioware included that.

Shepard continued to struggle with her restraints as she watched the clone remove her armor plates until she was standing in front of her bound and gagged twin with only her form fitting under-armor mesh covering her
( ... )
Sequel of this fill:

Here is the continuation of that scenario:
clone!Shep/FemShep, kinks: D/s, humiliation, bondage...
The relationship is fully consensual, especially on Shepard's part. Although now the clone might have a new sinister plan to spring on her unsuspecting commander :)

Here's hoping the clone is just a masterful tease. Pretty wild stuff either way! :D

Me too! :) And yeah, it's more of a easter-egg since it just makes you reload anyway.
Nevertheless "http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/TooDumbToLive" followed by "http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/OutWithABang" has been a huge kink of mine ever since I was little and started to get "funny feelings down there" :D

I'm not really into the whole S/M slave thing either, but diversity is what places like this are all about.
