By cultural norm, turians are by law required to have a babysitter, or better officially named "advisor" until a certain age. Also, because of turian "blowing off steam" customs, the legal age to have sex is pretty low, like what would be considered 13ish to humans, provided of course they use a form of contraceptive.

A human woman gets hired to be the advisor for a while for a turian halfway through puberty. Smut ensues somehow.
