You know how Samara and Morinth look the same? It's because they are a single person with two personalities - one Ardat-Yakshi and the other a Justicar hunting her. They are both completely unaware.
For instance, "Morinth" escapes from Illium using the Eclipse sisters and kills Nef on Omega. Then her personality switches to Samara and she goes looking for her daughter back to Illium where Shepard recruits her.
The truth finally comes out when Shepard seduces "Morinth" and is alone with her apartment when "Samara" comes in and they begin their "fight" while it is really the Morinth-Samara talking and screaming at herself.
I want to see how Shepard deals with this revelation and how her teammate reacts when confronted with this.
I remember that when I played Mass Effect 2 the first time, this was my initial impression. Until Samara actually walked into the apartment I suspected that Morinth was just her alter-ego. After all, the player never sees them both at the same time before that.
