i'm annoyed. this is all not going according to plan, probably because there wasn't a plan. did i mention that my MIL "forgot" that the boys were supposed to sleep over tonight? so yeah, i'm having a party here and my kids are here. awesome

it was fine! i basically decided to get over it, and thus it was a fun night. sometimes i have to get past my own grudge for the better good. the kids were *excellent* so that helped.
