Resolutionary Time at the Bread Factory

In January, our sales in diet breads triple and by the second week in Febuary they drop back to normal. What confuses me is that our natural breads sell less during this same time. For this place a "natural" bread contains no preservatives, uses sea salt and has lots of crushed wheat added to the white or wheat flour. We make 3 types of natural ( Read more... )

I hear you on the sheep thing. Meanwhile, I am down two pants sizes by eating only real food and no bread. I probably get about 50% of my calories from good old animal fat and coconut oil. I've never felt better in all my life. Even my moods are evened out! You know how amazing that is for me.

Anyway. I haven't read LJ for a while. I was just thinking about you with your birthday coming up. Happy birthday!

Thanks. I'm very glad things are going well for you. I only get to the computer 2-3 times a month myself.
