my good friend Justin told me last Summer before he got into a car accident this past February and unfortunately didn't make it that "loving yourself and others is one of the greatest gifts life gives you and that no matter who it is or where there are, when some one needs comfort you need to give it to them out of the kindess of your heart." or something along those lines.
