Easter Dinner

After giving his already spotless apartment a thorough dust and vaccuming, Jonathan heads back into the kitchen to check on dinner. The ham is almost ready as is the potatoes and green bean casserole. As soon as the casserole is done, he'll be putting in the apple cobbler

He arrived promptly, courtesy dictated that. A dark suit and red tie were his fashion staples, and he knocked lightly knowing the boy was waiting anxiously on the other side of the door.

He checks his appearence in the mirror near the door, not touching his hair, because he wouldn't want to muss the gel/

"Hello Sir," he says, opening the door with a smile, "Happy Easter, can I take you coat? Dinner should be ready shortly, can I fix you a drink?"

He grinned and slipped out of his coat, passing it off. "Quite the host you've become, dear boy. I'd love a whiskey if you have it."

He stepped in and looked around again, not having paid attention the last time he'd been here. "I do like your home, Jonathan. It's quite pleasant."

Hanging the coat in his small closet near the kitchen he heads into his kitchen. He knows he'd bought Scotch at some point since moving to Tropolis, in anticipation of ever having Crowley over most likely. Finding it on the highest shelf in his pantry he pours 2 fingers for him before fixing himself a vodka and tonic.

Taking the neccessary few setps to get to the living room from the kitchen he hands Crowley his drink, "Thank you Sir," he answers, managing not to blush thinking about the one time he had Crowley here, "And I'm sorry if it's a bit much. I just want to do it correctly."

He gestures towards his sofa and love seat, inviting Crowley to sit down. They aren't the nicest pieces of furniture ever, but they aren't terribly shabby either.
