I know this entry's been here forever and a day, but since I never got to say it when I should have, I'll say it now: I don't really like Avenged Sevenfold. They sound like someone took the Backstreet Boys and handed them guitars. But, that's just my opinion. And I just hate this decade in music...

And I think I like them because of the reason you hate them. It's not everyday that you hear a metal band have harmony in their vocals while keeping that same rock sound with great guitar solos and kickass beats. That's just my opinion.
