There's a tag somewhere in these blog systems that notifies Google to check for the new content.

Anything that's Flocked does not show up in Google, and is not accessible to anyone that doesn't have an account, on your flock, and on that group that you used for the flock. oh, and is logged into LJ.

Thus, my stuff goes flocked when I don't want the interwebs to remember it forever, publicly.
