Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Ro has to be up at an ungodly hour on Friday to get to work, so instead of driving to NJ for dinner with the family, we're having Thanksgiving at home This meant I was one of those crazy people in Giant at 6 pm the night before Thanksgiving, getting everything we needed to make dinner!

I was thinking about making stuffing, but we were so carb heavy already... I should have!

This is the year for stoves. I spent the last year and half or so without an oven. I came to love my toaster oven. I still did the baked yams and parsnips in it while the turkey was cooking.
