Yesterday was a pretty busy day for me, and today will be, as well. I worked my usual 11-7 at the hotel, then went to Syracuse for a NY State-required class(new job stuff). Class was scheduled to start at 9am and finish at 5pm, however we were let out at 3:30(yippee). When I left work for Syracuse, I purchased two cans of Red Bull. I drank one

That stuff is poison! When I drink I Red Bull, my heart beats faster, and while I may still be tired, my body doesn't let me sleep. It's kinda like a really mild heart attack to keep you awake. But hey, the stuff is damn good!

you see, boys, there's a trick to drinking redbull.... you drink it to stay AWAKE, NOT before you have to go to bed. silly gooses.... anyhow, you're not supposed to have caffeine at all within like 8hrs before bed because it lingers in your system for so long..... and when drinking redbull and vodka, try just having one - instead of 3 in a row :P

Ya see... I was drinking it to stay awake, but for only like an hour longer. I had to drive home from Syracuse and falling asleep during the trip wouldn't have been cool, so I had a can before I hit the road. In general, I don't think I would know 8 hrs in advance when I'm going to go to sleep. Who plans that far ahead? :-P
