Mad props to the individual that invented buffalo wings... what a great supplement to any well-rounded diet. First, you take the part of the chicken with the highest fat content and deep fry it. Then, you slather it with a butter-based sauce. Yummy.

A bit of advice for anyone out there that has a job that they value: Don't post your resume on a public forum that employers can search(monster, careerbuilder, etc...). Your current employer might just find your resume and get all offended and stuff.

I saw the movie Blade II the other day... I wasn't particularly impressed. Even for an action film, the fight scenes seemed a little too contrived. I just didn't get anything from the movie other than an element of shock value. I found the first movie to be fairly entertaining, and am curious about the merits of the third installment.
