I am sitting in the office of Methodist Sports Medicine to get a shot in my shoulder. I am trying not to think of the size of the needle. I am really not into needle play, especially when involves on going deep into my shoulder.

ouch...oh man... those can be terribly bad or not so bad. I have foudn that the ones that hurt really bad worked better than the ones that hardly hurt. I am thinking that the extreme pain means they have it in the right spot. One shot I had... I was unable to move my arm for 48 hours, but after than had 6-7 months of relief.

Extreme pain! Understatement, LOL. It went in as a needle, but I an convinced it came out a railroad spike!

Seriously though, the shoulder is feeling pretty good right now. Hopefully it will be up to speed for future events.

Feeling very very sorry for you Sir. Can't even begin to tell you how much i hate the thought of a needle going there. Shiver! OUCH!

Yeah, I was not looking forward to the needle either. I am glad I did it though, especially with the next option surgery which will sideline my shoulder for 3-6 months.
