Promises, Promises

So much for the Comic Con assurances that they were going to try to space out panels over all four days and not just on Saturday. Kristen on E-Online posted her schedule and everything (except for Dexter, Supernatural and Atlantis) is on Saturday. Bastards ( Read more... )

Jeez - Saturday is going to be ridiculous - just as it is every year!

I'll be there, but I haven't decided which panels I'm going to yet. My musts so far are TWilight the movie on Thursday and The Office on Saturday and the Boondocks animated series panel.

The Office should be hysterical if the actors come. I really want to see Battlestar and Joss. Oh and Lost. And Pushing Daisies. And...

I am so screwed.

See you there!

**sigh** It wouldn't be Comic Con with out schedule angst, would it. Bastards. But my must sees are a bit different this year, so I'm hoping I won't have as much schedule conflict as I usually do. Torchwood is probably tops on my list, then Lionsgate's My Blood Valentine... then SPN and Atlantis. Oh and there is an author I'm hoping to see, but I think she is going to be there a couple of the days for autographs.

I have the first disc of Torchwood from Netflix in my pile of things to take with me, so I might care much more about that show by CC.

Who is in MBV? That sounds interesting.

I am completely caught up on Atlantis and hope I won't have to miss it this year. John and Rodney do rock my world.

At the Hilton again? When do you come in?

Re: Torchwood - Hee! Um... okay. If you are going to try and watch it, just be aware that S1 was very uneven character-wise, plot-wise, and just general quality-wise. But there was some really good stuff in amongst all that, and S2 was (mostly - I had some issues with some things, because if I didn't, I wouldn't be me, would I. :-D) MUCH better. Also Jack and Ianto are nearly as good as John and Rodney... and they actually snog on screen!!!!! :-D

Jensen Ackles is staring (yes, STARING) in the remake of MBV and it's Lionsgates "flagship venture" into the new digital 3D technology. And... it's actually has an actual story to it, to go along with the gore. And yeah, I know... 3D horror flick, but everything we been hearing, and from the writer's blog (who will be at CC also), it sounds like it could actually be a really cool movie. Kerr Smith is in it too.

John and Rodney do totally rock. **nods ( ... )

Bah... I've about given up hope that The X-files will make an appearance, which I think means I won't be coming down this year. Man, that's sad... first time since I was a ComiCon virgin.

I'll just have to look forward to living through it through the eyes of my f-list. :)

The movie will be out by then and with her pregnancy I doubt they will come. He might come for Californication. Usually Showtime does not do panels, but Dexter has my hopes up.

I will try to post interesting details...

You know I'll be there all 4 days! You also know I can't possibly make a plan until the official schedule is online and ready for my color coding convenience ;)
