Eathquake hits Christchurch

I don't have a userpic for this.  Christchurch in New Zealand has been hit by another big earthquake, after one in September which caused considerable damage but amazingly no loss of life.  This time it looks to have been much worse

"Christchurch Cathedral, an iconic stone building in the centre of the city, was partly destroyed, its spire toppling into the square below."

I think this phrase got me the most as I can picture it.

Just been looking at the pictures of the wreckage.... it looks terrible. So many nice people whos lives have been destroyed...
